1. Marketing and Financial Support
* After issuing a general distributor certificate, Garantta Sensor will transfer all its regional clients to the distributor for transaction processing.
* Free assistance to distributors in building websites and uploading product information (product images/product e-catalog, etc.)
* Advertising subsidy: The 1% advertising subsidy has a maximum limit of $5,000. Proof of advertising expenditure (invoice, promotional screenshot) is required. The subsidy will be credited to your account as a deduction from the purchase price within 15 business days after verification.
* Sample Subsidy: The application process for a $500 samples is as follows: Agent submits application → Headquarters reviews → Samples are shipped after approval (samples do not need to be returned for orders exceeding $10,000).
* Exclusive Regional Protection: The scope of protection is subject to the agreement, and the protection period is consistent with the agency period. Unauthorized sales outside the designated region will result in the deduction of the current period's rebate, and in serious cases, the agency qualification will be terminated.

3. Technical and After-Sales Support
* Dedicated Technical Support Channels: Establishing a dedicated technical customer service email/ticket system for distributors, promising a response within 2 hours.
* Joint Technical Support: For major or first-time customer on-site issues, supporting the dispatch of headquarters engineers to collaborate with distributors to resolve problems.
After-sales Policy:
* Product Warranty Period: 24 months (excluding K-type thermocouples/grooved photoelectric sensors) and with whole-life technical support
* Replacement/Repair Process: Any quality issues within 24 months can be replaced at any time.
Steps: Fill out the faulty product replacement application form/provide product photos/product videos/faulty product order details → Pay the shipping cost for the replacement product (the replacement/repair application will be sent out within 7 business days after Garantta Sensor receives the faulty product)
4. Rebate Policy
The rebate is calculated on a calendar year basis, excluding tax, and can be deducted from the payment for goods or settled in cash (cash settlement will be subject to deduction of corresponding taxes and fees).
