Installation Instructions
The BGS Photoelectric Sensor can be mounted directly in the mounting holes or on the mounting bracket.
Adjustment Instructions
Align the photoelectric switch with the background and connect the power supply. The green LED should remain solid. If the orange LED remains solid, use the detection distance control button to shorten the detection distance until the orange LED turns off.
Installation Direction
1. Ensure the sensor's detection surface is parallel to the surface of the object being detected.
Usually, do not tilt the sensor relative to the object being detected.
2. However, if the surface of the object being detected is smooth, tilt the sensor 5-10°.
3. Do not install the sensor in the wrong direction.

Object Detection
Place the detection object in the transmitted beam so that the light spot falls on the object. If the BGS Photoelectric Sensor detects an object, the orange LED will illuminate. Conversely, increase the detection distance using the detection distance adjustment button until the orange LED illuminates.

We recommend regularly cleaning the lens surface and checking for loose joints and screws.
