Main Features
01. Easy Install
As one side is a reflective plate, it can be installed in a narrow space.
02. Long detection
The wiring is simple, and compared to reflective types, it allows for long-distance detection.
03 .easy adjustable
Adjusting the optical axis is very easy.
04. No detection Limited
If it is an opaque object, its shape, color, and material are irrelevant, and it can be directly detected.
advantages of industrial laser sensor
Choose the laser sensor that suits you best.
Identifying smaller objects: The small spot of the laser (within 1mm) enables it to accurately detect smaller target objects.
01
Stronger anti-interference ability: Laser beams are less susceptible to external light interference, especially in outdoor or strong light environments, and can still maintain a stable working state.
02
Good laser focusing effect: The directionality of the laser beam is excellent, which means that it can maintain a good focusing effect even at long distances.
03
Strong anti-interference ability of optical coding: Some laser sensors use optical coding technology to further enhance their anti-interference ability.
04
Precautions for detection distance on industrial laser sensor
The product cannot be used at the moment of power on (within 100ms)
Surge protection: When the inductive switch is used near a place with surge interference (such as the welding operation of an electric welding machine) please add a surge absorber
When connected with a high current load (such as a bulb and motor, the initial resistance will decrease due to the current impact when the current increases
The induction switch cannot use the autotransformer for power supply, but should use the isolation transformer
The connecting wire inductive switch shall be as short as possible to reduce noise interference
AC/DC two-wire inductive switch /The power line shall not be directly connected to the power supply, and the load must be connected in series; otherwise, the inductive switch will be damaged
The four most widely used areas of Photoelectric Industrial Laser Sensor are the industrial sector, electronic communication products, consumer electronics, and automotive electronics
FAQ
Q: Can I have a sample of the Industrial laser sensor for testing?
A: Actually we have a very good price principle. The sample price is the same as the price of 10-100 sets.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it is 2-4 days after full payment if the goods are in stock. or it is 7-14 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity and custom type.
Q: Do you have inspection procedures for products?
A: 100% self-inspection before packing.
Q: How long does it take to deliver?
A: We have stock for most of the products. For small quantities, we will arrange delivery within 1-7 days. If you are urgent or need customization, please confirm this with us.
Q: What's your warranty of the Industrial laser sensor?
A: 24 months. If the items you purchased from our company are not of perfect quality or don't work normally, you can ship them back for a replacement or a refund.
Q: The reason why there is no signal output from the photoelectric industrial laser sensor
A: 1. The first thing to consider is the issue of wiring or configuration. For reflective photoelectric sensors, they must be used in combination with a projecting and receiving section, and both ends need to be powered. The retro reflective type must be used in combination with a sensor probe and a retro reflective plate; At the same time, users must provide stable power to the sensor. If it is powered by DC, the positive and negative poles must be confirmed. If the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly, it will result in no output signal.
2. The above reason analysis is based on the consideration of the Industrial laser sensor itself. We also need to consider the issue of detecting the position of the object. If the detected object is not in the detection area, such detection is futile. The object to be detected must be within the area that can be detected by the sensor, that is, within the range that can be perceived by the photoelectric sensor. Secondly, it is necessary to consider whether the optical axis of the sensor is aligned. The optical axes of the projection and reception parts of the reflective type must be aligned, and the corresponding probe and reflector parts of the reflective type must be aligned. It is also necessary to consider whether the detected object meets the standard for detecting objects or the minimum detection object standard. The detected object cannot be smaller than the minimum detection object standard, in order to avoid the inability of reflective and transparent types to detect transparent objects well. Reflective types have requirements for the color of the detected object, and the darker the color, the closer the detection distance.
3. If the above situations can be ruled out, what we need to do is to detect environmental interference factors. If the light intensity cannot exceed the rated range; If there is dust in the on-site environment, we need to regularly clean the surface of the photoelectric sensor probe; Or multiple sensors can be tightly installed, causing interference with each other; Another type of interference that has a significant impact is electrical interference. If there are high-power devices around, corresponding anti-interference measures must be taken when interference occurs. If all these factors can be clearly ruled out and there is still no signal output after the above investigation, it is recommended to return the Industrial laser sensor to the manufacturer for testing and judgment.
