Garantta introduces the GPS-R61/R81 Square Mirror Retro Reflective Type Sensor, employing the retroreflective principle with a unified transmitter and receiver. Stable detection is achieved with the help of a reflector. This sensor supports NPN (GPS-R61) and PNP (GPS-R81) output options, adapting to various automated control systems.

 

Effortless installation and one-step commissioning. Simply install the reflector on the opposite side of the measured path; unlike through-beam sensors, precise alignment of the two side brackets is unnecessary, significantly improving installation efficiency. The square housing design features standard mounting holes, suitable for various compact devices.

 

4-meter long-distance detection with laser-grade accuracy. The GPS-R series boasts a maximum detection distance of 4 meters, far exceeding comparable diffuse reflection products. The laser light source provides a precise and stable spot, unaffected by the surface color and material of the measured object, achieving stable output even for difficult-to-detect targets such as transparent bottles and thin film packaging.

 

Detection principle of Retro Reflective Type Sensor

 

Garantta mirror reflection photoelectric sensor mainly uses the reflection principle to complete the photoelectric control function. Its light emitter and light receiver are in the same device, and a reflector is installed in front of it. Under normal circumstances, the light emitted by the light emitter will be reflected back by the reflector and received by the light receiver; once the light path is blocked by the detected object and the light receiver cannot receive the light, it will output a switch control signal.
