Main advantages
- Welcome all Digital Color Sensor resellers to be our agent
- Perfectly comparable to Panasonic's LX101 and LX111 color mark sensors
- Microsecond-level reaction speed; Color mark mode: 45μs or less, color mode: 150μs or less
- One-click intelligent teaching: Say goodbye to cumbersome potentiometer knobs! Simply press a button, and the sensor will automatically learn and lock the current color. Multiple teaching modes (such as single-point, two-point, and background suppression) are also available to handle various complex application scenarios flexibly.
- Built-in reverse connection protection, overload protection, and surge suppression to avoid damage caused by wiring errors or power fluctuations, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the equipment 24/7 and greatly reducing the risk of unexpected shutdown.

Precautions
- Install
The installation direction of the Digital Color Sensor must be determined based on the direction of the object's movement.
Do not make the sensor detect objects in this direction, as this may cause unstable movement
When using a separately sold sensor mounting bracket, the tightening torque should be below 0.8N · m.
- Detecting glossy workpieces
When detecting glossy workpieces, the presence of a large amount of specular reflection components can easily lead to unstable detection. In this case, slightly tilting the sensor axis can reduce the forward and backward light, thereby stabilizing the detection.
When detecting glossy objects, install the sensor at an angle of 10-15 degrees relative to the object being detected.
- Wiring
Please make sure to perform wiring operations while cutting off the power supply.
Wiring errors can lead to malfunctions.
Please confirm the fluctuation of the power supply to prevent the power input from exceeding the rated range.
Extra voltage beyond the rated range or direct connection to an AC power source may result in damage or burning accidents. Please be aware.
When using equipment (such as switch regulators, variable frequency motors, etc.) as sources of interference around the sensor installation area, be sure to ground the F.G. terminal of the equipment.
When using commercially available switch regulators, be sure to ground the F.G. terminal of the power supply.
A load short circuit or wiring error may cause damage or burn accidents, please be aware.
Please avoid parallel wiring with high-voltage lines and power lines, or using the same wiring conduit, as it may cause misoperation due to electromagnetic induction.
When extending cables, the total length can be extended to 100m through cables with a cross-sectional area of 0.3mm2 or more. However, to avoid interference, please try to shorten the wiring as much as possible.
- Other
When using, please avoid the transitional state (0.5s) when the Digital Color Sensor power is turned on.
The beam of fast-starting and high-frequency lighting fluorescent lamps can affect the detection. Although there may be differences depending on the type of sensor, it is still important to be careful not to project the light beam directly onto the sensor.
Do not touch the lens surface of the sensor directly with your hands. When the lens is contaminated, please gently wipe it with a soft cloth.
When the inside of the lens is blurry, please remove the lens part and wipe it clean.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not use in places with high levels of steam, dust, or corrosive gas environments.
Do not allow the product to come into direct contact with organic solvents such as diluents, oils, and fats.
Do not excessively bend the lead-out part of the cable or subject it to tension of 76N or more.
Cannot be used in environments with flammable or explosive gases.
Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product without authorization.
