Precautions

 

1. Before connecting the Color Mark Sensor power supply, it is necessary to check whether the power supply used complies with DC12-24V ± 10%, and the maximum value should not exceed 40V; otherwise, it may damage the photoelectric switch.

2. To ensure high stability of the detection, two points must be guaranteed: first, the detection distance meets the specified rated gauge distance. For example, if the gauge length is 12 ± 2mm, the gauge length must be set to 12mm during installation. The switch can have a 4mm upper and lower anti-vibration stability zone, which is greatly reduced when the track gauge is 10mm. The second is to strictly adjust the sensitivity according to the operating steps. And every time the packaging materials are no longer replaced, they should be readjusted.

3. During installation, it is necessary to prevent strong light from directly entering the optical lens or take appropriate shading measures.

4. Corrosive gases, such as temperature, humidity, vibration, and impact in the work environment, may affect the operation of photoelectric switches. Please try to eliminate these effects as much as possible.

5. Pay attention to the cleanliness of optical lenses in daily life, and try to avoid standing the lenses upright during installation to reduce dust.
