The Garantta GCS-03NP-C label sensor is a practical industrial sensor specifically designed for detecting opaque self-adhesive labels. Its core feature is its ability to achieve precise positioning by detecting the minute thickness difference between the label and the backing paper, making it ideal for high-speed labeling and packaging automation applications.

1. Targeted Design: Specifically optimized for detecting opaque self-adhesive labels made of paper, plastic, etc., it is highly sensitive to the height difference between the label and the release liner (backing paper), thus reliably identifying the presence and edges of the label.

2. High Response Speed: The GCS-03NP-C Label Sensor has a response time of 0.1ms, matching the production speed of modern high-speed labeling machines.

3. Easy Installation and Debugging: It features a compact structure and a "one-button self-learning" function, significantly simplifying on-site debugging and setup.

4. Typical application scenarios include: label positioning, counting, and label break detection in automated labeling machines, as well as control of labeling stations on packaging production lines.

●Do not use this product as a detection device to protect personal safety.
●Fix it and connect it to a 12~24VDC power supply
●The green and red indicator lights are on, indicating that the operation is normal.
●If the red indicator light is not on when detecting an object, continue to turn the potentiometer to the left until the indicator light turns on (red)
●Adjust the sensitivity potentiometer and turn it slowly. (Turn left and right to adjust the transmission power)

Threshold self-learning: Press the+key and one key simultaneously for more than 1 second. When the red light goes out, release the key, and the red light will flash.
Pull the label back and forth for self-learning.
Switching between normally open/normally closed: Press the+key and one key simultaneously for more than 3 seconds, and the green indicator light will switch between normally open/normally closed

Fine-tuning threshold: Press the+key alone or one click to fine-tune the threshold
