In many engineering applications, we have found that the use of temperature sensor housing will be a rupture phenomenon, which will affect the safe production of machine operation, and serious accidents will occur. Through the investigation of the rupture of the sensor housing and finding out the cause, we found that the main reasons for the rupture of the temperature sensor bushing are as follows:
(1) The temperature sensor casing is affected by high-speed fluid, and the load is too large, and the stress exceeds the limit, resulting in the rupture of the casing;
(2) The processing defect of the temperature sensor housing itself causes stress concentration and is easy to cause damage to the casing;
(3) The temperature sensor of the casing is damaged by excessive pipeline vibration;
(4) When the fluid flows through the temperature sensor, the temperature sensor is induced to vibrate, that is, the natural frequency of the temperature sensor and the vortex shedding frequency of the frequency. This resonance phenomenon can lead to an accelerated rate of damage to the temperature sensor bushing, leading to breakage.
