Disadvantages of Ultrasonic Sensors
When using an ultrasonic detector for inspection, it is crucial to understand the operating manual; in other words, it requires the careful attention of an experienced technician. The development and inspection process for equipment using ultrasonic detectors requires extensive knowledge by the inspection technician. These sensors can be used for inspection purposes, but they must be waterproof; otherwise, they can be damaged. Interfacing these sensors with a microcontroller or any controller requires experienced personnel or programmers.
