Precautions for the use of color mark sensors
1. Before powering on, be sure to check whether the power supply used meets the DC12-24V±10%, and the maximum does not exceed 40V, otherwise the photoelectric switch may be damaged.
2. To ensure high stability detection, two points must be ensured: First, the detection distance meets the specified rated detection distance. For example, if the detection distance is 12±2mm, the detection distance must be 12mm during installation, so that the switch can have an anti-vibration stability zone of 4mm above and below. When the detection distance is 10mm, its upper and lower anti-vibration zone is greatly reduced. Second, adjust the sensitivity strictly according to the operating steps. And every time the packaging material is changed, it should be readjusted.
3. During installation, prevent strong light from directly entering the optical lens or take appropriate shading measures.
4. The temperature, humidity, vibration, impact and other corrosive gases in the working environment may affect the operation of the photoelectric switch. Please try to eliminate these effects.
5. Pay attention to keeping the optical lens clean at ordinary times. Try to avoid installing the lens upright to reduce dust.
