Color mark sensor: In conventional settings, to ensure the maximum illumination effect of the light source, the color mark sensor is usually installed with the light source perpendicular to the target object. At the same time, to reduce the interference of directly reflected light on the receiver, the receiver is configured to be installed at an acute angle to the target object.
Color sensor: The sensor emits a beam of a specific frequency through its built-in transmitter, and then the built-in receiver will be responsible for capturing and detecting the light reflected back from the target object. In the reflected light, the sensor will accurately measure the intensity of the three main bands of red, green, and blue light. Based on the precise comparison and analysis of these data, the sensor can accurately determine and identify the color of the target object.
