Notes For Use

 

 

  • Only sense metal objects; plastic, wood, glass, and non-metal materials cannot be detected.
  • Install away from high-power motors, inverters, and high-voltage cables to avoid signal interference.
  • Do not exceed the rated sensing distance; keep reasonable gap between the sensor and the detected metal.
  • When multiple sensors are installed side by side, maintain a safe spacing to prevent mutual interference.
  • Avoid long-term soaking, strong corrosion, and severe mechanical impact.
  • Keep the sensing surface clean, remove iron filings and oil stains regularly to ensure sensitivity.
