Q: What's your MOQ & sample policy?

A: We support sample orders for performance evaluation. Sample MOQ is 1‑2 pieces per model. For formal bulk orders, standard MOQ is 50 pcs per model. Samples can be shipped within 3‑5 working days, and sample freight is borne by the buyer.

Q: How long is your production lead time?

A: For standard in‑stock NPN Proximity Sensor models, lead time is 3‑7 working days. For bulk mass orders above 500 pcs, production lead time is 12‑18 working days. Customized items will require extra time, we will confirm exact schedule upon receiving your requirements.

Q: Can I customize cable length or M12 connector?

A: Yes. We support custom cable length from 0.5m up to 10m, and replacement with M12 4‑pin aviation connector. Small extra cost will apply for non‑standard versions. Please specify your requirements when sending inquiry.

Q: What is the warranty period of NPN Proximity Sensor?

A: Our inductive proximity sensors come with 2‑year factory warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by wrong wiring, over‑voltage, mechanical crash or harsh chemical corrosion.

Q: How to choose sensor for aluminum/copper workpiece?

A: Aluminum and copper will cause sensing‑distance attenuation. You can select our double‑distance series sensors to compensate metal attenuation. Please provide your target metal material and required detection distance, our engineer will recommend the proper model for you.

Q: Do you support OEM & ODM customization?

A: OEM & ODM services are available. We can do private‑label logo printing, customized cable assembly, parameter adjustment and special packaging. Certain MOQ is required for OEM/ODM projects, contact us for detailed terms.
