Different from traditional metal-cased sensors, this series uses high-strength ABS+PC alloy plastic housing, effectively preventing corrosion, short circuits and oxidation issues commonly seen in metal housings. The optimized square structure fits compact installation layouts and maximizes mounting space utilization on automated equipment.

Not affected by surface dust, oil stains, water droplets or attached metal chips on the sensing face, these sensors deliver stable and consistent detection performance in harsh workshop environments. Q1: What targets can this rectangular proximity sensor detect?
A: It only detects conductive metal objects including iron, steel,aluminum and copper. All non-metallic substances cannot trigger the sensor output.

Q2: Does detection performance change for aluminum and copper workpieces?
A: Yes. Non-ferrous metals greatly reduce the effective sensing distance. All parameter data is based on ST37 mild steel. Please reserve enough installation margin during project design.

Q3:What is the difference between flush and non-flush mounting?
A: Flush sensors can be fully embedded into metal mounting plates without affecting performance. Non-flush sensors must protrude from metal surfaces to achieve standard detection distance.

Q4: Can multiple sensors be installed closely together?
A: Not recommended. Adjacent sensors will generate mutual electromagnetic interference if installed too closely, resulting in unstable detection and random triggering.

Q5: Can I customize cable length for my project?
A: Custom cable lengths are supported for bulk orders. Please specify your length requirements in the inquiry.

Q7: What is your production lead time?
A: Sample orders take 3-7 working days. Mass production delivery time will be confirmed according to order quantity and model.
