① Stainless steel braided/silicone, 7-core/0.2 stranded wire core.

② High-temperature antioxidant hot end heat transfer tube. Copper material, good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance.

③ High resistance bending protection spring, made of stainless steel material

④ Thermocouple wire accuracy: General industrial grade Level II

⑤ Graduation number: K

⑥ Range: 0-250 ℃

⑦ Easy to assemble, the hot end is fixed on the tested object, and the SV terminals are connected to the display instrument+and - terminals in red and blue respectively.

 

Characteristics of thermocouple type k m6:

(4) The thermoelectric characteristics are close to single value linear or approximate linear;

(5) High conductivity, low temperature coefficient of resistance;

Q: How to distinguish thermocouple models? The commonly used thermocouple graduation numbers include R B, S, K, T, E, N.

A: 1. Firstly, visually classify from coarse to fine: R, B, S are composed of precious metals with fine wire diameters; K. T, E, and N are ordinary metals with thicker wire diameters.
2. Secondly, the output thermoelectric potential is measured by heating [approximate data]: for thick wire diameters, when heated at 100 ℃, the thermoelectric potential of K is 4.095mV; The thermoelectric potential of E is 6.317mV; The thermoelectric potential of N is 2.774mV; The thermoelectric potential of T is 4.277mV; For thin wire diameters, the thermoelectric potential of B at 1000 ℃ is 4.833mV; The thermoelectric potential of R is 13.316mV, and the thermoelectric potential of S is 9.586mV. If it is impossible to determine the thickness of the wire diameter, directly heat and measure the thermoelectric potential. First, heat 100 ℃, and then heat 1000 ℃, because E and T types cannot withstand 1000 ℃
