Precautions for use


(1) Do not use in the following places:
a. Outdoors (such as places in direct contact with direct sunlight, rain, snow, water drops, etc.);
b. Chemicals, especially in solvents and acidic steam environments;
c. Places with corrosive gases;
(2) When used near mobile phones, transceivers, etc., the 3 Wire Inductive Proximity Sensor may malfunction sometimes, so please be very careful!
(3) When mixed with high-voltage wires and power lines in the same wiring duct or trough, it may cause malfunction or damage due to induction. Please separate or wire separately.
(4) About cleaning work

When there is metal around, it will be affected and cause poor return, etc.; even if there is no poor return, the detection distance will change due to the influence of metal around and temperature changes. Q: What issues should be paid attention to when installing 3 Wire Inductive Proximity Sensor?

Inductive proximity switches are also called non-contact travel switches. They can complete travel control and limit protection, or they are non-contact detection devices used to detect part size and speed measurement. They can also be used for variable frequency counters, variable frequency pulse generators, liquid level control, and automatic connection processing procedures. Inductive proximity switches have the characteristics of reliable operation, long life, low power consumption, high complex positioning accuracy, high operating frequency, and adaptability to harsh working environments.

When installing inductive switch sensor on metal, space should be left to avoid the switch being interfered with by other metals other than the object being detected, and causing misoperation. The metal parallel to the sensing surface should be three times the detection distance from the sensing surface, and the metal close to the switch axis should be outside the cylinder, with the center close to the switch axis and the diameter close to three times the switch diameter.

Install two or more inductive prox sensor at the same time to prevent any interference between the two. When the distance between the two induction switches in the axial direction of the surface is greater than 5 times, the distance between the detection distance and the outer cylinder should be greater than 5 times the length of the proximity switch diameter during installation. If it is a switch, the diameter size should be calculated based on the diameter of the larger proximity switch.
