The Inductive Proximity Transducer uses the conductive object to generate an eddy current inside the object when it approaches the proximity switch, which can generate an electromagnetic field. When the sensor is powered on, the coil of the oscillator generates an alternating magnetic field on the working surface of the switch. When the metal object approaches the working surface of the switch, the metal generates an eddy current and absorbs the energy of the oscillator, weakening the oscillator and even stopping it. When the metal object leaves, the oscillator is generated again. The oscillation and stop signals of the oscillator are converted into switch signals by the trigger circuit, thereby playing the role of "on" and "off" control.

DETECTION DISTANCE


1. Detected objects of different materials with different detection distances, as shown in the following figure
2 . Installation: Screw installation. Due to the influence of temperature and voltage, it is
generally installed at 85% of the rated detection distance
3 . The testing surface should be regularly cleaned of metal dust and other deposits to
avoid affecting performance.
4. Operating environment temperature: -25 ° C +65 ° C; Relative humidity: 35-95% HR
5 . Vibration: Resistance: 10 55Hz, complex amplitude 1.5mm, X, Y, Z each for 2 hours;
6. Impact: Durability: 500m/s (about 50g), 10 times in X, Y, and Z directions;
7. When used in strong magnetic field environments, it is recommended to use shielded wires
